We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, thanks to its prime location right by the gates, making it convenient to reach the Haram for our prayers. The cleanliness of our room was exceptional, and the attentiveness of the staff truly stood out, particularly Ahmed, Muhammad, Adnan, and Humayun. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day right.

I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean every day. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the mosque. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially my housekeeping guy, who regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and having Starbucks on-site was a nice bonus!

I truly enjoyed my experience at this hotel; the cleanliness standards were exceptional, making my stay comfortable. The location is unbeatable, being only a short walk from the prayer area, which allowed me to easily access the masjid multiple times a day. the staff was outstanding, particularly Basim, who went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our needs were met.

The staff was exceptionally courteous, with Fatima providing outstanding assistance throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, making for a very comfortable experience.
