They greeted me upon arrival and quickly took care of my car and luggage. Check-in was pleasant and efficient, and the receptionist even guided me to my room. The room itself was beyond my expectations, spacious and well-appointed. The staff were knowledgeable about the hotel and the area, and their tone of voice was consistently helpful. The garden was fantastic, with a croquet area and a heated swimming pool. I enjoyed having tea outside while overlooking the garden, especially on the hottest day of the year. the experience at this hotel was far superior to any 5-star hotel I've stayed in.

We had an absolutely stunning stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the food was excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to their best room and provided exceptional service, including organizing special surprises for our honeymoon. The hotel's sense of humor, like placing my wife's teddy bear on the window sill, added a delightful touch. The restaurant, with its Michelin-starred status, provided a truly special dining experience. The grounds were also beautiful, and the hotel's location allowed for easy walks into town.

The location was also great, just a short walk from the city center. Cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay.
