The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. I also valued the secure, free parking and the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to explore the center of this lovely city on foot.

We were impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness and the fantastic location, which made it easy to explore nearby cafés and shops. The staff, especially Alan and his wonderful team, were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

I also appreciated the cleanliness, with my room showcasing charming historic features, such as wonky floors and a beautiful wooden sleigh bed, alongside modern amenities like quality toiletries and thoughtful touches.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities were great, especially the spacious room and large shower. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the center of town. Plus, there’s secure free parking available, which is a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the fresh milk for my tea.
