The location is truly charming, nestled in a delightful village. There are lovely fell walks available on the unspoilt northern Howgills, providing stunning views down the Eden valley. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my experience enjoyable. The rooms were neat and beautifully decorated, and I absolutely adored the bathroom.

We loved the excellent location for walkers. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the pub had a great atmosphere. It was nice to see good vegetarian options on the menu, all at reasonable prices.
