I had a great experience at the hotel, especially with the cleanliness; my room and the common areas were spotless every day. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with recommendations. I loved the location too, as I could easily walk to major attractions and catch trams nearby. Plus, the rooftop and communal spaces were fantastic for relaxing after a day of exploring.
