We loved the friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, right in the heart of town. The historic building adds a unique charm. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh, which we appreciated.

I had a great time at the hotel as it was clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my needs, being near the NEC and airport. I found the bar and lounge areas well-designed; one was lively with a pool table while the other was more relaxed. My room was cozy and warm, and I appreciated the lovely bathroom too.
