The staff, especially Saleem and Mr Uslu at reception, were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist. We loved the convenient location near a major shopping mall, making it easy to explore this vibrant city. the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a great variety each day.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where the location was fantastic, being so close to Jawaher Mall and many great shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of delicious options, and I was particularly struck by the cleanliness of the common areas. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable; everyone, especially Sibel and Safiye, was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, with some members like Uslu and Mousa truly going above and beyond to enhance our experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops.
