We loved the fantastic location near the Mamilla mall, and the staff were exceptional, especially Ata, who always remembered our drink orders. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the pool area offered breathtaking views, making for a delightful retreat after a busy day.

The staff were attentive and friendly, especially at breakfast, where Ata Bayah consistently made the best coffee in the city, adding a personal touch to my mornings. Cleanliness was also impressive, and the turndown service with plush embroidered slippers in the evening made for a truly luxurious experience.
