I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room, which was a perfect size and even had a lovely bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The hotel facilities were fantastic, featuring a great play area for kids and views that were absolutely stunning. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the start, and the breakfast was a delightful spread with lots of fresh options. It was a great base to explore the local bike trails and just a short drive from Alton Towers.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, where I found the cleanliness impeccable, and the staff incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect for visiting Alton Towers, making it an ideal spot after a long day. I also loved the fantastic breakfast options, especially the continental buffet, which was one of the best I've ever encountered. Plus, parking right outside my room was so convenient.
