The hotel's central location is perfect for exploring this charming city. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even organized a last-minute trek for me. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the dining room offered delicious meals.

Staying at this hotel was like stepping back in time with excellent service, delicious meals, and cozy rooms with a thoughtful touch like hot water bottles. The location just down the hill from I Love Darjeeling Stand made it easy to explore the nearby Mall and Chowrasta. The staff, especially in the Tenzing Norgay wing, were polite and accommodating. The breakfast, including the tea and coffee, was superb, and the WiFi coverage was excellent.
