I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal with perfectly cooked steak that exceeded my expectations.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, appreciating its cleanliness and excellent location, especially being so close to the racecourse. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, with one team member going above and beyond to ensure we didn’t miss our reservation despite our late arrival. the dinner in the bar was delightful, and my daughter absolutely loved her massive warm chocolate fudge cake—the perfect treat!

I found this hotel to be perfectly located, being just a short drive from the racecourse and conveniently near pubs we had visited the day before in Whitby. The staff were exceptional, especially two young girls who efficiently handled both the bar and guest check-ins. Cleanliness was also impressive, and I appreciated the gated car park for added security.
