The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I loved the comfortable bed which made for a restful night’s sleep. the convenient location allowed easy access to the metro and local attractions, which was a significant advantage for my trip.

The staff were friendly and engaging, making us feel welcomed. We also appreciated the convenient location, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, plus easy access to Gibside National Trust and the Metrocentre.

the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, being just a short distance from the metro centre and offering easy access to lovely local pubs. The meal options, from breakfast to dinner, were delightful and well-prepared. I was particularly impressed with the value for money, especially with the fantastic deal on prosecco at £10.
