The location is fantastic, right by a theme park and near local shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Amy, who showed great customer care. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. The children's room in our family suite was adorable with a treehouse bunk bed.

We had a great time at the hotel, as it offered a fabulous location within walking distance to the attractions. The spacious executive room featured all the usual amenities and had a fun, quirky decor that our kids loved. Parking was ample and convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area without stress. We also appreciated the chill-out area on each floor, which had lovely views and a nice selection of books for some quiet time.
