We loved the friendliness of the staff, who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a delightful experience, and we enjoyed the cute, relaxing lobby area. Plus, the location was perfect as it was really close to the Congress center.
