We loved the hotel's fantastic location near the pier, which offered stunning views of the sea and Great Orme. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, as it was conveniently located near the beach and tram stop for the Great Orme. The room was impeccably clean and featured a large TV, complimentary drinks, and snacks, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
