We loved the cleanliness of our room and how welcoming the staff were upon check-in. The location was fantastic, as both Victoria and Pimlico underground stations were just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the West End. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel facilities offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
