The staff was incredibly friendly, always available to assist with anything I needed. Its location was perfect; I could easily walk to the British Museum and various restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area a breeze. I loved the cozy lounge where I could relax after a day out.

The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside and the tube just a few minutes away. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were extraordinary, especially the concierge who really looked after us. We appreciated the lovely breakfast and overall comfort of our room.

I loved the location; it was a short walk to the British Museum and other attractions. The hotel had a lovely garden area and a charming lounge to relax in after a busy day.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. The location is perfect, just behind the British Museum and a short walk to the Russell Square tube station, which made getting around easy. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was simply delicious with a great variety of options.
