the staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room for a special occasion. The location, right by the river, made for pleasant strolls, and I found it conveniently close to all the restaurants and attractions in the city center. My room was spacious and immaculate, with lovely touches like quality tea and coffee, plus complimentary sloe gin!

Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious and filled with lovely little touches. The room was spotless, offering a big, comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep.
