The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The room was superb, with great attention to detail. The treatments, including a couples massage and a beard trim, were top-notch. The hotel even surprised us with a beautiful dessert for our anniversary.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. They were helpful in alerting me about a canceled train service, which saved me from missing out on important VAT refunds at the airport. The room design was unique and thoughtful, with a wide range of products available for guest use, such as lip balm, shaving cream, and different hair care options.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully designed dining room and bars to the amazing spa. The atmosphere was always buzzing and hip, creating a lively and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were well-equipped, providing everything we needed, including toothpaste and luxurious Cowshed products. The shower was absolutely incredible, and the pillows were like a dream. We also loved the variety of dining options available in the hotel, with a wide range of restaurants and bars to choose from.
