The hotel boasts an excellent location in the busy Park Street area, surrounded by happening restaurants and bars, including Trincas. The staff, especially Mr Shyam from housekeeping, provided top-notch service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and cleanliness was impeccable. the comfortable bed and luxurious shower added to a pleasant stay experience.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient parking, and prime location near The Park and Park Street added to our enjoyment. The friendly staff, especially Miss Riya, M&s Anuradha, and Ms Sushmita Mohonto from the front desk, made us feel welcome and accommodated all our needs with courtesy. The breakfast was delightful, and we appreciated the excellent transportation options available.

The breakfast offerings were superb, and the friendly staff made us an American breakfast upon request. The wifi was excellent, with a technician readily available for any issues. The location was convenient, close to both fingerprints and consular interview centers. Mr Jabed at the reception provided us with valuable information on local cuisine and sightseeing places.
