The staff, especially Shehab, were consistently polite and helpful, enhancing our overall customer experience. We also loved the hotel facilities, including the relaxing pool area, which provided a perfect setting for meetings or unwinding after a busy day. the location in the city made it easy for us to access various attractions and restaurants.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness of my room was immaculate, and the location was just perfect for exploring the lively Al Bidaa strip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was enjoyable from check-in with Shehab to the amazing breakfast offerings. The tranquility of the pool area by the sea added to the overall relaxing atmosphere, making it an excellent spot for special moments.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my time memorable. The breakfast options were delicious, and they even reserved my favorite table each morning with a lovely view of the pool. The facilities were immaculate, and my room was always clean and comfortable. Plus, the outdoor area and private beach were fantastic for relaxation.

We had a delightful stay, as our room was spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking sea view arranged by Mr Shehab, whose hospitality was truly remarkable. The hotel facilities, including the lovely swimming pool and outdoor area, enhanced our experience, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always going the extra mile to reserve our favorite table and prepare our preferred lounge chairs poolside.
