I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved the fantastic views from my room. The location was perfect, as it was near the town centre and within easy reach of transportation. The hotel facilities, especially the parking, were excellent too. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay with helpful staff and an excellent location at the top of the West Cliff. The hotel had easy parking outside, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had a beautiful sea view and was clean and comfortable. We also loved the central location, which provided immediate access to this charming city and its famous ruins of Whitby Abbey.

The location on the west cliff, across from the ruins of Whitby Abbey, was fantastic. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was convenient and reserved for our use. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was prime, right on the seafront and close to the ruins of the abbey. The room we stayed in had a wonderful view of this charming city. It was clean, well-furnished, and the beds were very comfy. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and bar, were great places to relax with a good range of drinks and a varied menu. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the staff, especially George, were very friendly and attentive.
