I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff were incredibly welcoming and even offered me a complimentary drink upon arrival. The cleanliness of my spacious room in the chalet-style annexe was impressive, and I appreciated the fridge and tea-making facilities. The location was perfect, being close to the Suffolk coast and various charming villages, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed two delicious meals at the pub, especially the Crab and Crayfish Thermidor, which was a standout.
