The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially to our dog. The food in the Orangery restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast area was pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for traveling with pets. The location in the Forest of Dean was beautiful and ideal for exploring.
