I had a wonderful stay at this historic hotel, steeped in charm since 1744. The location is perfect, sitting right on the village green, and the bar area is lively and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure my room was spotless and well-furnished, with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and despite limited parking, I found plenty of street options nearby.

I appreciated the spacious room, complete with a huge bed and thoughtful touches like chilled water and plenty of tea and coffee to enjoy. the restaurant served delicious, freshly cooked meals, making dining in a pleasure.
