I had a pleasant experience at the hotel, especially with the friendly staff and the cleanliness throughout the premises. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the tube station, making transportation to the city center easy. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was a lovely way to start my day. The small kitchen area in my room was a great added touch, providing convenience for late-night snacks and meals.
