We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel, where cleanliness was a highlight, ensuring our room was tidy and comfortable. The location was fantastic, right on the promenade with stunning views of the north shore and both the Great and Little Orme. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and helping us with local recommendations. Breakfast was satisfying, with efforts made to accommodate our needs.
