The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and beautifully refurbished. I enjoyed a delicious full Welsh breakfast, and the location in the center of the town made it easy to explore. Free parking was a fantastic bonus too.

The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
