the staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We also appreciated the convenience of ample parking right outside and how close we were to the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy a short walk to the city center with various dining options.

We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the welcoming staff, who genuinely cared about our experience. the breakfast was freshly cooked with high-quality ingredients, and dining was enjoyable, especially the amazing carvery we had. the location was ideal, offering a pleasant distance to walk into town and easy access to the beautiful New Forest National Park.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. the staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great selection, and I loved the spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed. the location was also perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
