We loved the cleanliness of our room. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the O2 Academy. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our experience.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The staff were super friendly, making us feel welcomed right away, and having a kettle in our room for tea was a nice touch. Plus, the location was fantastic, as we were within walking distance to the city centre and close to a variety of shops and restaurants.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was delightful, served in a cozy atmosphere that made my mornings enjoyable, and the pub food was fantastic as well.
