I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with more cleaning and hand sanitizing measures in place. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large and free car park. The location was perfect, being close to the train station and in a very good neighborhood. The staff were outstanding, friendly, efficient, and very cheerful, even under the current difficult conditions. The breakfast was delicious, and the room I stayed in was very nice and comfortable. this hotel provided a comfortable and safe experience, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities were great, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking facilities were convenient, allowing us to easily park our vehicle. The location in a very good neighborhood, close to Ilkley town centre and nestled in the valley, offered beautiful surroundings and easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel on the outskirts of Ilkley just off the A65. The location was very convenient, being close to both the train station and the railway station. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly. we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this hotel for both its location and the quality of service.
