We loved how clean the hotel was, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast, freshly cooked to order, was absolutely delicious and gave us the perfect start to each day. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to all the Roman sites we wanted to explore, as well as a quick trip across the border into Scotland. Plus, the onsite parking was a huge benefit, especially in such a quaint area.
