I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, as it was just a few minutes’ walk to Oxford Street and close to two tube stations, making transportation a breeze. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of free umbrellas at the entrance. the staff, especially Isabel, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, even preparing a lovely surprise for us in celebration of our wedding night.
