I had an excellent experience at the hotel, especially with its impeccable cleanliness and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The location was a major plus, placing it within walking distance of iconic attractions and theatres, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. the room was modern and well-equipped, complete with complimentary water, tea, and coffee.

We absolutely loved the hotel's location, as it was right in the center, just a few minutes from Trafalgar Square and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and our room was pristine and well-maintained. the hotel facilities were fantastic, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from great food options to cozy spaces for relaxing.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after enjoying a show at Drury Lane. The hotel also provided convenient facilities like complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
