We were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as our room was spotless and the beds exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff, especially Nigel, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, arranging our taxi to the airport nearby. The location is superb, with easy access to the NEC and additional transport options available, which we found very convenient.
