the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; Callen, Joy, Michael, and Kayleigh provided exceptional service throughout our visit. we loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the lovely ambience in the restaurant, where the food was not just delicious but also offered great value for money.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel; the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff, especially Callen, Joy, Michael. the breakfast was varied and delicious, keeping us fueled for our adventures nearby. Plus, the location offered easy access to Loch Lomond, making it convenient to explore the scenic area or head into Glasgow afterwards, with a McDonald's just a short walk away.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel as everything was spotless and inviting. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed delicious meals in the lovely glass conservatory, and the breakfast spread had plenty of options, from fresh fruits to drip coffee. the location was perfect, being next to the train station and a great stop on our journey.
