The cleanliness was impeccable, with my room being tidied daily and fresh towels provided. The breakfast was delightful, and what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff, particularly Jorge. He was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a warm smile!
