The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the excellent outdoor seating area. The location was perfect, right on the seaside and just across the road from the sea. It was also very near all the main sights, including the Turner Contemporary, Dreamland, and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a glass of prosecco on arrival. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the train station and my workplace, making it easy to get around.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and had a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, and the chef went above and beyond. The location was perfect, right opposite the Winter Gardens and close to the seafront and the Turner art gallery. a great experience!

The staff, especially Blake and Robin, were extremely helpful and polite, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The restaurant served delicious food, catering equally well for vegetarians and carnivores. The room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located right on the seafront, in a reinvented area near beautiful sandy beaches. The breakfast was cooked to order and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
