We appreciated the cleanliness and hotel facilities, as the pools were always spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and waterslides, providing endless fun for our kids. The staff, especially at the front desk, like Nigina and Miray, were consistently helpful and quick to assist us with any inquiries or issues.
