We had an exceptional experience at the hotel, enjoying its pristine cleanliness and prime location in the financial district, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were courteous and attentive, particularly Karla Moreno and Milena Martinez, who ensured we had a delightful breakfast each morning. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the comfort of our spacious room, complete with an impressive waterfall shower.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to the promenade along the water and several delicious restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I especially enjoyed the stunning views from the second-floor restaurant while having breakfast. the gym facilities were excellent and open 24 hours, which I really appreciated.
