it was clean and cozy with a fantastic location within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome, and the on-site Italian restaurant served delicious meals that filled us up nicely. We also enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs, which offered stunning views, and discovering the unique animal museum downstairs was a delightful surprise.
