The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location next to the zoo was perfect. We enjoyed the breathtaking views during breakfast and from the restaurant. The included three-course dinner was delicious, too. The guided tours were informative and fun!

I loved the location of the hotel. The views of the harbour were stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of choices. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities added to the overall experience.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and we enjoyed spectacular views of the zoo right outside our room. Being right next to the zoo was a dream come true, as we relished the opportunity to see native wildlife up close.
