I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the housekeeping staff paid excellent attention to detail. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. The availability of convenient transportation made it easy to explore the area.

Upon arrival, I experienced a few hiccups, but Katy was absolutely wonderful at sorting everything out swiftly. The hotel is conveniently located so close to everything and directly across from a stunning beach. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel facilities were top-notch.
