The breakfast selection was impressive, with excellent cooked options and accommodating staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel’s fantastic location provided easy access to breathtaking walking trails, making it an ideal base for exploring the stunning High Peak area.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Buxton and Castleton, and the walking trails around Win Hill and Derwent Edge were simply stunning. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the fantastic location that put me within easy walking distance of the Ladybower Reservoir and breathtaking trails along Derwent Edge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious selection ranging from a hearty full English to smoked salmon with poached eggs, which I highly recommend. The cleanliness of my room and the amenities provided were also notable.
