We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The spacious room was luxurious, and we loved the attention to detail, like the handwritten welcome card. The bathroom was excellent in size, and we also enjoyed the lovely pool. The staff were fantastic, providing us with a warm welcome and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the valet parking our car to the person checking us in and even the person who brought us breakfast, they all made us feel special. The breakfast itself was the best we've ever had anywhere in the world. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to the Presidential Suite and the Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus. We were blown away by the experience.

Best aspects of my stay include the cleanliness of the hotel, the welcoming staff, and the beautiful and spacious room and bathroom. The cocktails at the hotel were divine. The check-in process was seamless and friendly, and I was even given complimentary drinks while waiting for my room to be ready. The common areas and guest rooms were thoughtfully appointed and absolutely beautiful. The upgrade to a spacious junior suite added a lot to my overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.
