We loved the excellent staff at check-in and check-out. They even surprised us with complimentary treats and a bottle of wine for my husband's birthday. The lobby seating area was comfortable, and the hotel staff, all of whom seemed to be Irish, were friendly and efficient. The food at Scott's Bistro was delicious, and the barman made a mean Margarita. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to explore this city.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff were really lovely and helpful, especially in the bar where the food was excellent. The spa facilities were great, and the bed in my room was super comfy. I also loved the outdoor heated infinity-pool - it was a real highlight. The hotel's location in a quiet area just a short distance from the city centre was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed the free nature trail walk with animals.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful nature walk and farm. We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea and our breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both outstanding.
