We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were fortunate to have an amazing view over the marina and river Shannon from our spacious and clean room. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and sauna, were wonderful and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked salmon and fine cheeses. The staff handled the breakfast situation well, serving everything to our table. The buffet was fresh and hot, although the toast was a little cold.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with high hygiene standards that exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool. We enjoyed the stunning 10/10 scenery from our room and the fantastic view from the balcony in the restaurant. The location of the hotel, right on the town bridge, was perfect for us as we could easily walk to the nearby shopping centers in just 10 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly Mary and Amy, who stood out as two of the friendliest individuals we have ever come across.

The hotel was very accommodating with our early check-in request. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely personal touch for our anniversary. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were friendly. The location of the hotel, right next to the Shannon River with a beautiful decked area, was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Athlone. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering assistance with my mobility issues. The room was clean, comfortable, and had interesting views. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent, and the amenities, including the pool, steam room, and sauna. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the variety of channels on the TV was a nice touch. The hotel provided adequate tea, coffee, and water in the room, and the bathroom was equipped with luxurious toiletries. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it.
