I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, particularly with the beautiful cleanliness throughout the premises. the location was unbeatable, right next to Eyre Square, making it convenient for exploring. the staff, especially Zed, truly made my stay memorable with their friendliness and excellent service. the breakfast was outstanding, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day.
