I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and a bus stop right out front for convenient transportation. the breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated having secure parking right outside my room.

Ian, the owner, was exceptionally accommodating; he arranged a late check-in and even organized a shuttle to transport us to the TranzAlpine station. The facilities were well-maintained, and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our room, making it a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring.
