The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, providing us with excellent transportation arrangements to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, including a hearty breakfast and lunch packed for our hike. The location was perfect for quick access to nearby rental shops, allowing us to easily gear up for our outdoor adventures.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as it was exceptionally clean and well-organized for hiking. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the track, providing helpful tips and even organizing transport. I loved the delicious breakfast, which was a delightful start to our hiking adventures. Plus, the location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions and hiking trails.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for accessing amazing hikes and the Tongariro crossing. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kitchen facilities make it easy to prepare meals, and the shuttle service was convenient and reliable.
